web site, how can I find it?
You can use our Product Search to find the item you are looking for. If you
are unable to locate the item, use Live Help to contact a customer service representative or call us at (613) 739-4000 or (888) 462-5726. Akran sources over 1 million promotional products and provides custom manufacturing. We can supply and brand any product you need.
- Will I receive an order confirmation
from the Akran E-store?
Yes, the sales department at Akran will contact you to confirm any orders
placed online under your name.
- Can I cancel an order after it's been
submitted?
Yes, most orders may be cancelled any time prior to shipment. Due to
the unique manufacturing process of some of our products, your engraved,
printed or embroidered merchandise is not returnable - once you have
given us final approval for your custom order, it may not be cancelled,
returned or exchanged.
- How do I check the status of my order?
We will be happy to provide you with the status of your order via phone
or e-mail. Simply go to the Contact Us section of this web site and
fill out the form with your comments or call us at (613) 739-4000 or
(888) 462-5726 to speak with one of our account managers.
- Can I have my order shipped to more
than one location?
Yes, we can ship your order to more than one location.
- Does Akran accept company purchase
orders?
Yes, we will accept a purchase order of $100 or more from your company
for mailed or faxed orders only.
- I placed my order with a credit card,
can I get a copy of the invoice for my expense report?
Yes, we provide you with a copy of an invoice via fax,
mail, or e-mail. Simply call us at (613) 739-4000 or (888) 462-5726
or submit your request online via our Online Contact Form.
- What if I have a problem with my order?

- Does Akran sell their products wholesale?
Yes.
